The move follows the distillery’s first full year of trading, having launched in 2023.

Lewis Hayes, founder of DropWorks, said: “We had always had an eye on GHF as our dream partner. After working tirelessly since launching in May 2023, this felt like a just reward for the rapid growth and brand building we have been pushing from day one.

“Building and running the largest craft rum distillery in Britain is a monumental task, so knowing that sales are in the safest of hands helps me sleep soundly.”

Other brands in GHF’s portfolio include Sapling, Nc’nean and Everleaf.

DropWorks sales director Chris Bryant-Mansell added: “Rum is such a diverse category, and to sit alongside other premium, British, sustainably led brands will no doubt help to further the unique position of DropWorks as we strive to make quality rum, accessible and enjoyable for all.”

GHF will represent DropWorks in both the UK on- and off-trade.

The brand recently released its first barrel-aged rum, which was matured for 10 to 12 months in a variety of casks.

Tristam Coates, founder and CEO of GHF, said: “DropWorks espouses all the values that we look for in a drinks brand: integrity, authenticity, innovation and forward-thinking.

“We will continue to seed the brand into influential areas of the UK market before embarking on a rapid scaling of the brand once ready.

“We have high hopes for what we can achieve with them and look forward to sharing these incredible rums with all our partners.”

Welcome to the Glass Half Full team Tom Duffy – very excited to have you join us as National Account Executive.

Tom has a wealth of experience in hospitality operations, and in events and catering, and joins us from Lush by Tom Kerridge, where he was General Manager overseeing all aspects of the business.

We’re thrilled to have Wild Idol signed up as one of GHF’s latest drinks brands.

A fabulous addition to our no and low alcohol brands.  In a category that continues to evolve Wild Idol are leading the charge with their premium, naturally alcohol-free sparkling alternative to fine wine and champagne.  Hand-crafted using winemaking techniques and a superior blend of grapes, for the finest aromatics and the purest flavour.

Yesterday’s The Times announcement declared that ‘Dry July’ is a new trend – ‘how low alcohol drinking became cool.’

It feels particularly relevant for all of us here at GHF, who can excitingly announce the addition of Quarter 1/4 to the Glass Half Full portfolio.

All buzz & no blur, Quarter make quarter-strength sessionable spirits, that bridge the gap between non-alcoholic and full strength drinks. This is the future of drinking.

Their belief is that traditional spirits were created for a different time, proving with their liquids, that it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Quarter is a manifestation of today’s needs; delivering Light cocktails with the perfect balance between flavour and functionality (low-abv & low-calorie). Their serves are perfect for brunch, all day-dining, mid-week drinking and Sunday Sessions.

Their gin and tequila are 12% ABV, distilled in the UK using traditional production methods to create modern experiences.

Very pleased to welcome Laura Giles to the GHF team as Brand Development Manager for the South.

Laura joins us from THE PIG Hotel group where she has gained some fantastic experience in a head sommelier role. The opportunity for the portfolio in the South West is enormous and Laura has been brought on to maintain, grow & develop this exciting region for all our brands.

We’re very pleased to welcome Everleaf naturally to our list of sustainable drinks brands.

If you haven’t heard of them you soon will.  As nature’s answer to the non-alcoholic aperitif they are getting listings in all the best bars and restaurants.

From a background as a conservation biologist, founder Paul Mathew drew on his experience listening to customers at his own bar to develop a range of non-alcoholic aperitifs based on natural flavours that can compete with any alcoholic drink behind the bar.

Everleaf’s truly sustainable working practices and the delicious botanicals from the natural world are a great reflection of GHF’s own ethos.

GHF are over the moon to be working with NOAM – here to change the perception of beer.

Beautifully designed and delicious, NOAM lager is unfiltered to retain flavour, body and texture. Brewed to the highest Bavarian purity standard in the world’s most precious hop growing region in Hallertau, NOAM is made with the finest locally-sourced ingredients.

NOAM uses traditional Bavarian craftsmanship, paired with an exquisite column-shaped design inspired by Munich architecture.

Note the use of ‘Bavaria Berlin’ on the label: Bavaria represents hundreds of years of brewing history, and Berlin represents innovation, style and design.

We’re excited to be part of NOAM’s journey – keep your eyes peeled for their beautiful bottles as they make their mark in the UK.

We’re very thrilled to welcome Organic Scottish Whisky producer Nc’nean to the GHF portfolio.
